How Will I Know PrettyDeal Received My Order?
Once customer place an order with PrettyDeal, we will provide customer with a confirmation number and summary of the order. In addition, we will send customer an order confirmation email within 1 hour.  After merchandise being shipped, customer can also track the order online.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by PrettyDeal for various reasons:

* Item(s) not available
* Difficulty in processing your payment information
* Cannot ship to address provided
* Duplicate order was placed
* Cancelled due to a customer request (only applicable to In Stock items but not Pre-order items)

if customer order is cancelled, customer will receive an important notice regarding the order via email which explain the reason for the cancellation. Customer will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Emails about Customer Order
After customer place the order, customers will receive emails about the order. Below are the examples of emails:

Your order has been received - This email confirms that we have received customer order. It includes the order number for your records.

What if the Merchandise Not in Stock?
All of PrettyDeal products are available in very limited quantities, so we recommend purchasing the products as soon as possible in order to avoid missing out. We usually cannot reorder items once we are out of stock. Unfortunately, we are also unable to predict the availability of items once they become out of stock.

If the item customer order is unfortunately out of stock at the time of purchase, we will call and email you. If you decide to keep your order with us, your credit card will not be charged until we ship your item. Due to the nature of our business, we are usually unsure of the delivery time of back ordered items.
