Q: Can I return a purchased item?
A: Yes. PrettyDeal.com will gladly accept
return or exchange of merchandise within 15 days of ship date in new
unused condition with all original tags still attached. Within
3 - 5 business days of receipt, PrettyDeal.com will refund your purchase
price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, and a 10% return
fee.
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange
or full refund. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. That means that you may keep you item for up to 1
week without having to pay the return fee.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment. All items are
inspected when they are received at our location. Refunds are made
within 3-5 business days of receipt via a reversal of your payment.
A tracking number and insurance is not mandatory but highly
encouraged as we will not be responsible for a lost package.
Exchanges are also gladly accepted. We do not charge any extra fees
to exchange your item. Shipping is free for exchanges.
Your credit card on file will be credited for the purchase price of
the original item and charged for the purchase price of the new
item. If your new item is no longer available, we will issue a
refund instead.
Return / Exchange Conditions
* Return reasons:
* Products cannot be owned due to religion reasons (i.e: pig skin
for muslim)
* Products does not match the order made
* within 15 days of ship date of the product
* In new unused condition with all tags attached and original
packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used.
* if your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be
returned with the tag still attached
* All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt
* Please complete the Return Authorization Form before sending your
return:
* Your details: name, email address, phone
* Order details: Order number, order date, receipt date
* Returned items details: item name, price, quantity, reason for
return
Any item that is returned outside of these conditions may not be
eligible for and exchange / refund under our policy.
